Commando Steve

Since 2005, Commando Steve has been dedicated to enriching people's lives with a wide array of proven techniques and strategies that target the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of our being. As one of Australia's most renowned and respected fitness experts, Commando Steve's journey towards success was anything but ordinary. Growing up in Queensland, he made the bold decision to join the army after completing his education, serving in the Australian Special Forces for an impressive decade. However, in 2004, Steve felt the calling for a new path and decided to leave the army, embarking on a new career as a fitness professional. It wasn't long before his hard work paid off, with Steve securing an impressive fourth place in the CrossFit Games.

Simultaneously, Steve became a familiar face on television screens across the nation, capturing the hearts of viewers as Commando Steve in Australia's Biggest Loser, and more recently, as a participant on Australian Survivor. Despite his high-profile status, Steve remains grounded in his personal life, cherishing his role as the devoted father of four beautiful children - two daughters and two sons.
Passionate about enriching the lives of others, Steve is acutely aware of the challenges that life often presents. To combat these hurdles, he advocates for a foundation built upon support, understanding, and meaningful conversation. By fostering a sense of self-awareness through shared experiences, Steve believes that we can navigate life's complexities with greater ease. At the core of his philosophy lies the practice of mindfulness, encouraging individuals to observe and be present in each moment. By embracing this approach, we can unlock a deeper understanding of ourselves, cultivate compassion for others, and ultimately discover the true beauty and joy that life has to offer.
