Known all-over Australia as ‘Commando Steve’, Steve is one of the country’s most recognised and respected fitness coaches. Steve has helped change the lives of thousands of Australians over the years from his time as trainer on eight series of Channel Ten’s hit show ‘Australia’s Biggest Loser’, his three books No Excuses (2010), Get Commando Fit and Get Commando Fit cookbook (2015) and nationwide appearances.

With a multitude of skills from his time in the Army and years in the Fitness industry coming a long way from the hard man of fitness that was shown on ‘The Biggest Loser’, Steve has grown as a person from where he was using exercise to cope and deal with life, to the now where he’s been able remove his ‘body armour’ and learned to enjoy the beauty of life and embrace mindfulness in everything he does to be the strongest person he can be both physically and mentally.

He wants to encourage everyone to be active, participate and come together through fitness.
