Commando Steve is on a MISSION to enrich people’s lives. 

He understands the challenges people face in the pursuit of well-being and as a result has created his own proven way of training called Commando Fit.

These generally fall into the following 3 areas:

  1. Training sessions, 1 on 1 and or groups
  2. Mentoring
  3. Commando Fit Training Camps
  • Training

Training sessions with Commando Steve cater to all levels of fitness. Sessions are designed with careful consideration to challenge but also ensures they are inclusive.

No matter how small or large your event is we can work with you to tailor a package to meet your goals and objectives.

  • Commando Steve Experience

The Commando Steve Experience will take you through an introductory session, covering all aspects of “What is Fitness”, nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting and ultimately sport. Before working out you will be coached through a number of fundamental movements that will gauge your level of General Physical Preparedness (GPP). To top this you will be put through your paces with a workout prescribed to meet your level of fitness and experience.

  • Mentoring

Steve has an infectious enthusiasm for motivating, team building, leadership and coaching that captures his audience. His experiences as a counter terrorism team leader and trainer has provided him with unique a perspective on motivating groups and individuals to operate effectively in highly complex and ever changing environments.
