Here at Commando Steve we understand the challenges people face in the pursuit of fitness and as a result Commando Steve, utilizing the CrossFit Principles and Methodology will guide and coach you to achieve results you thought were unattainable.

The Commando Steve Experience
(one off session)

The Commando Experience will take you through an introductory session with “The Commando“, covering all aspects of “What is Fitness“, nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting and ultimately sport. Before working out you will be assessed on the 9 fundamental movements that will gauge your level of General Physical Preparedness (GPP). To top this off you will be put through your paces with a workout prescribed to meet your level of fitness and experience. Session duration: 90 minutes Photo with “The Commando“ Signing of Autograph Due to an overwhelming number of inquiries, Commando Steve  is now only conducting specialist small group training sessions.

Training

Commando Steve offers the following:

1 session per week

2 + sessions per week

Group Sessions

Corporate (rate on consultation)

2 to 10 persons

To Start:

We require each new client completes the introductory course. This course is designed to familiarize you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in CrossFit. You may then continue on with private sessions or enter our group classes.
