Max Effort Front Squat 1, 1, 1, 1.

rest, then…..

5 rounds for time of:
20 m Overhead walking lunge 20kg
5 Broad jumps over a 60cm box

Post loads for max effort and time for metcon to comments.

    Approx. 6min for metcon.
    *subbed 20m of broad jumps for 5 box jump broad jumps.
