Rest 3 minutes between sets

Option B:-
5 rounds of:
3 Deadlifts
3 Box Jumps 60cm (40cm)
Rest 3 minutes between sets

Option C:-

5 rounds of:
3 Deadlifts
3 Box Jumps 40cm (20cm)
Rest 3 minutes between sets

Then
