Rest Day
Utilize the rest day to work on skills and drills, ensure you do a good warm up before you commence.
Work on one of your weaknesses ie: Snatch, Muscle ups etc. If you have a chink in your Armour work on it.

3 Rounds 15 reps of each:
Squat – Front Squat – OHS
Sit Up – Abmat – GHD
Diamond Push up – triceps in contact with lats
Strict Pull Up – try different grips
Bridge Prone Hold 1min
GHD – Superman hold 1 min
Samson Stretch (Do the Samson stretch once each round for 15 – 30sec)
Trigger point
Hold Squat for 10 min
