CFX is putting on a day of CrossFit style games for everyone who wishes to test themselves against some of Australias fittest.
If you would like to support our wounded warriors please join us for a fun and inspiring day of games. It will be an event worth showing up for.
All proceeds will be going to the Colin East Trust, the trust was established to give financial assistance to our wounded soldiers and the families of those who have been KIA.
A silent Auction will run concurrently with the games, the result of the auction will be announced at 1700hrs

7am Registration for Competitors

12 noon lunch intermission

This will be a really fun day. If you think you’re level of fitness is sound it would definitley be worth benchmarking yourself against your peers.
And if you’ve been reading yesterday’s posts.. If you have a high self-efficacy even more reason to give it ago!
