So much useful information and I enjoyed hearing about the man behind the sunnies.
I was so impressed with your CrossFit competition achievement and your account of the weekend. Inspirational.
The thing I liked most about the book, the thing that made it worth every cent spent was the motivational advice. You articulated the power of the mind in such a way I know I can use in my everyday training and life. I especially liked the bit about pain. I had never been able to get my head around using it rather than fearing and avoiding it up until now.
